Must select the size of backpacks with your body, make sure that is not much wide or not much longer.
Select backpacks by hang it that is not disturbing your back.
Always use two shoulder straps backpacks for balancing on both sides.
Pack the heaviest weight object close to your back, if you select away pocket for heavy weight object than you will feel the weight is much heavy.
Select most and necessary things that you will use for carry.
Distribute the weight of object by selecting pockets to keep.
Must be not much hang weight greater than your 20% of body weight.
Always buy backpacks that have also a waist strap to keep balanced the body.
